How do I place an order?
Select the order form that suits your needs from our place an order section of the web site. Download the order form and print it out. Fill in the appropriate fields and mail or fax your form into UEI with your artwork. The phone numbers and fax numbers appear on the order form. We will then contact you to confirm your order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email or fax from UEI Group stating that your order has shipped and important information about that shipment.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions to read about UEI Group’s policy on returning goods that are damaged or incorrect.
When I receive my order if something is missing, wrong or damaged who do I contact?
Please contact us right away by calling 1-800-221-9059, so we can resolve the issue and make you a satisfied UEI Group customer.
When will I be credited for my return?
We credit your account as soon as we receive and process your return. Typically we inspect the product upon receipt for quality control purposes and then process the charges on your account.
Do you have a product catalog?
UEI Group has information available on all of its products on our web site to help in your decision making process. Contact us via email or by calling 1-800-221-9059 to have information sent to you either electronically or via the mail.

When was UEI Group formed?
UEI began operating as an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) in 1984 to motivate employee participation in company operations and assure UEI´s customers of the highest quality products. Since then, our company has grown to fill three facilities with over 140 employees.

What are your requirements for Artwork?
UEI Group has requirements for the artwork that is sent in for your orders. Please refer to our Art Requirements area for specific information.
How can I print the information in your website?
To print the entire width of the web page, you will need to right click in the area you want to print and click okay. Since our web site is built in frames this will be necessary to print the information you need. If you encounter trouble, consult the documentation or help within your browser.
