Our exclusive Unifraxion® process brings new depth, light and movement to your designs or illustrations. This unique graphic alternative uses metallic hot stamping foil and fine engraved line patterns to impart new definition to your images.
Choose from dozens of Unifraxion® stock patterns or have us create a custom design specifically for your product. Unifraxion® patterns can also be incorporated into many of our narrow web flatbed die products.
Your Unifraxion® dies will include the necessary mounting holes for any narrow web flatbed rotary machine. However, to further enhance your operations, we also offer an innovative NW UniLock-Up® system and the NW SpeedChase for narrow web presses.
Texture Narrow Web Flatbed Dies
Our engravers are experts at creating tactile masterpieces. Use textures to enhance your design or add dramatic appeal—the impact is up to you! Textures can be used with hot stamping foil, metalized paper/board, or incorporated into an embossing die.
Whether you want your image to have the texture of natural wood, the soft delicacy of fur, the sturdiness of brick, or the elegance of lace, our engravers can make your designs come to life. For your convenience, our creative team has developed an extensive stock texture pattern library. If you don’t see exactly what you need, we can custom design a texture for you.
